TEACHING…Last week Tim had the pleasure of teaching kindergarten through grade 3 at our local Buchanan Elementary School.  We are so very fortunate and blessed to have a strong art program in our schools, as well as an amazing group of passionate educators.  After 2 days, 16 classes and a total of 680 kids. “Exhausted,” had a new level of meaning and we had a renewed respect for our teachers!  Tim explained that he is a full-time artist, making his living creating sculptures, the many steps of the foundry process and sculptural design. Then Tim and every student worked in clay to build a “Hare Ball Bunny.”  The students were amazing leaders and listeners, so excited, inquisitive and polite.  Showing wonderful interest and asking great questions.  Everyone had a great time.
